What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the scope of the project. Short and simple projects can be completed in 2-3 weeks, while more complex ones can take 2-3 months or longer, depending on the complexity and details.
If you need to complete your project ASAP, we’ll be happy to present simple and creative solutions.
What is the pricing? What if I contribute with content?
We will make an estimate depending on the complexity of the project. This includes style of design and animation, content, duration, and other factors. The more specifications we have, the more precise the estimate will be. Note that you should describe your project and ideas in as many details as you can. If you have any examples or a moodboard, please share that as well.
What kind of visual style can you make?
We like a more simple and clean overall design. This leaves room to accent the elements important or crucial to the story.
However, different projects demand different approaches—we also like making things colorful and live, as well as experimenting with new styles. Don’t hesitate to suggest a style, or leave the suggestions up to us.
What languages and dialects do you work with?
We can produce content in the majority of the world’s biggest languages and dialects.
Can you use the script we provide?
Yes. Bear in mind that scripts sometimes require editing. It’s something we can do for you.
Can you use the design we provide?
Yes. However, different animation styles require specific initial design. We should view your master files, vector or high resolution raster images beforehand.
Can you use the voice-over we provide?
If the recording is satisfactory, there’s no reason why not!

Changing things in the process?
We don’t have a strict limit for the number of revisions. You don’t have to hesitate to ask for changes. Keep in mind that revisions prolong the turnaround time.
Each phase of the process is completed only after your confirmation. Changes are possible even after your confirmation, but it’s something we would charge additionally.
Do I need to know all the specifics of my project before starting?
Absolutely not! We are here to support you in every aspect of your project in order to create a final product that will reflect your vision and achieve the goals you are aiming for.
